FHA CULINARY CHALLENGE (FCC)

In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) and regional chefs’ associations, the FCC is the ultimate arena where top chefs and culinary teams compete to be the best in their field.

FHA Culinary Challenge 2021 will feature the Culinary Art Displays, Practical Hot Cooking and Apprentice Team Challenge.

Register as a Competitor

Registration Opening Date : 1 August 2019
Registration Closing Date : 30 September 2019

Each competitor or team has to fill in the registration form and complete the payment process online. Acceptance is on a first-come-first-secured basis. Do note that practical classes may fill up before the registration date.

Submission of registration form indicates acceptance of the rules and regulations of FHA Culinary Challenge 2021. Individual competitors and teams who successfully admitted to the competitions will be notified via email by the organiser.
