In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) and regional chefs’ associations, the FCC features 7 competitions where individuals and culinary teams will showcase their best creations.

Young Chefs Skills Challenge

Placing the focus on the fundamentals of cooking and putting the basic culinary skills of young chefs to the test, watch as up-and-coming young players under 23 years of age in the culinary world step up to the plate and put forth their best!

Aspiring young chefs will pit their skills of deboning and cooking a whole chicken and a whole fish within a given time limit of 60 minutes.
