In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) and regional chefs’ associations, the FCC features 7 competitions where individuals and culinary teams will showcase their best creations.

INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE

Practical Hot Cooking

A heated culinary face-off accompanied by a magnificent performance of skills and talents as chefs vie for the winning title.

The competition will see challengers push the limits of preparing and cooking every single dish onsite. Competitors will be required to prepare and present a main course in categories such as meat/ poultry, fish/ seafood, pasta, heritage cuisine, dim sum and more. A themed main course of “East Meets West” will test the creativity of chefs through the use of Asian ingredients prepared in Western style and presentation techniques.
