As a part of well-established FHA Culinary Challenge (FCC), the Individual Challenge – Patisserie (Display & Practical) will attract top pastry chefs to contest in several challenges including ‘live’ cake decoration, wedding cake display, plated desserts and many more.

Individual Challenge – Patisserie (Display & Practical)

This challenge is open to any individual from Singapore or overseas who is a chef in training or a culinary professional.

He/she should be either an existing student enrolled in a course at a culinary/hospitality institution, undergoing apprenticeship or a chef under full time employment at a food & beverage or hospitality establishment such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, caterers, airlines, etc.

Acceptance is on a first-come-first-secured basis. Do note that practical classes may fill up before the registration date.

Registration Fee

For Singapore Team SGD80.25 (inclusive of 7% GST)
For Overseas Team SGD75.00

*Registration fees are non-refundable, unless categories or classes are full and competitors do not wish to register for alternative class(es). Refund will be arranged after the event.
