GOURMET TEAM CHALLENGE

In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) and regional chefs’ associations, the FCC features 7 competitions where individuals and culinary teams will showcase their best creations.

Gourmet Team Challenge

Get a glimpse of what goes on behind the kitchen walls and watch perfect team rapport unfold as participating teams present their finest dishes in hopes of claiming the number one spot.

The Gourmet Team Challenge will take on a new format this year to incorporate live hot cooking segment.

Open to national teams, regional teams and teams from hotels, restaurants, culinary institutions, airlines or catering organisations, each team will prepare a cold buffet with a main course and dessert for 30 guests to be served in a restaurant setting, akin to the concept of off-site catering.
