In association with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs) and supported by the Singapore Chefs’ Association (SCA) and regional chefs’ associations, the FCC features 7 competitions where individuals and culinary teams will showcase their best creations.

Apprentice Team Challenge

With the objective of developing the next generation of culinary professionals, the challenge will put to the test the knowledge, skills, creativity and quick-thinking of budding junior chefs with an undisclosed ingredient.

Each team consisting of only 2 apprentice chefs will be required to prepare a cold appetiser and a hot main course within a given time of 60 minutes.
