Andrew has been a beverage enthusiast from a young age, which led him down a path in his adult-life as a cocktail bartender, barista, sommelier and microbiologist. After moving to Singapore to look after the Beverage Program for Burnt Ends in 2015, he is now Director of Procurement for Singapore for Accor, strengthening business with key suppliers and exploring opportunities to drive sustainability, innovation and quality ingredients. He has a special space in his heart for wild and sour beers.
